At Lolo's, our goal is always to keep our environment clean and safe for our clients and staff. During this time especially, we want our clients and community to confidently know that we understand and share your concerns regarding the coronavirus and we are taking additional steps during this time to ensure the sanitization and safety of our laundry facilities and procedures. Also know that we are here to help keep you & your family clean with our drop off/pick up (wash & fold) service at our location on Bonanza Dr., and continuing our pick up/delivery service for those of you practicing social distancing. Read on below for changes to our hours and updates on our procedures.
NEW TEMPORARY HOURS:
Drop off & Pick up (wash & fold + office hours)
Monday – Friday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday – Sunday: No drop off/pick up
No change to self-service hours & delivery
Self Service: 8:00am - 8:30pm (last load) every day
Pick up/Delivery: Tuesdays & Fridays
*If you are feeling symptomatic, we urge you to utilize our drop-off and delivery services for the safety of our staff and other customers.

NEW WASH & FOLD AND DELIVERY PROCEDURE
Due to the danger of coronavirus (COVID-19) we will be changing our service procedures to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff and community.
We will only pick up or accept laundry that has been placed in plastic trash bags.
For delivery service, please leave your bags of laundry outside your door for us to pick up.
We will NOT open and separate dirty clothes. It will go directly from the bag into the washing machine. Our staff will only touch the clothes after they have been washed and disinfected.
If you would like your clothes to be washed separately (colored, whites, etc.) please sort them prior to pick up and put them in separately labeled bags. Don't forget to check your pockets or turn items inside out if necessary!
KEEPING YOU AND OUR TEAM SAFE
Employees are continuously cleaning all surfaces, handles and machinery at the laundromat with disinfecting cleaning products.
All employees are wearing disposable gloves when handling laundry and assisting customers.
We are offering hand sanitizer and sanitary wipes for customers to use upon walk in.
